Cleanliness was great, facilities were excellent, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect with easy access to transportation, close to a beautiful beach, and stores. We also loved the delicious breakfast served every morning.

The bed was comfortable, perfect for our romantic getaway. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and local shops.
The hotel didn't provide room service unless it was requested. This information was not communicated to us during check-in and there was no signage indicating this policy.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the location was nice as it was close to the beach and other amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The lack of automatic room service was a major issue for me. Although it was mentioned somewhere in the hotel, I missed it and did not know I had to ask for it.

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of my family's trip. the location was fantastic, just a few steps from a beautiful beach and close to stores and public transportation. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even recommending great places to visit. the rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioner made the stay even more pleasant. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the internet connection was excellent, which made staying connected a breeze.
It would have been nice to have known this beforehand.
